The company KJG a.s. on July 26, 2023, celebrates 30 years since its foundation. We have been here with you for 30 years, trying to improve and progress, bring innovations, and move large and small construction projects forward. Thank you for your support, it would not be possible without you.
The introduction of the line into production opens up more efficient production of components, automation and optimization of production in the future. The most modern press line of its kind available on the market at present. High performance, speed and accuracy, it meets the requirements for our manufacturing process to the maximum.
After eleven years of continuous use of the company Bollina cutting tools, we decided to replace the "Heart" of KJG a.s. The cutting line marked COMBINED LINE sized mm 1,500 x 0.5-1.5 arrived to us two years after ordering. The line has a wide range of options, cutting to length, transverse slitting, foiling and also fully automatic production of sheet panels.
We are preparing for the construction of new production premises, construction of infrastructure, a gatehouse and parking places. This year, a cutting equipment for coil cutting-to-length and slitting from the company Bollina were added in production. We already employ more than 400 persons!
Our portfolio of technologies is expanding a lot. New manufacturing equipment, such as presses, spot welding machines, tools, conveyors are being added. We are modernizing manufacturing and technological equipment and are increasing the production efficiency and material flow in the production. We are also introducing new product packaging technology.
We are celebrating a beautiful anniversary! The company KJG a.s. has been on the market for 25 years. However, we are not falling asleep on our laurels and are reconstructing the administrative building in Čachtice.
We are expanding with another manufacturing facility, this time with a new powder coating plant.
We are modernizing not only technologies, but also our own visual identity - we present a new logo based on the architecture of the buildings. At the same time, we are opening a new shopping centre in Bratislava.
Another move in the company was the transformation into a joint stock company.
A manufacturing line for lightweight roofing with marking UNI and a trapezoidal profile TR is added to our family of machines.
We start operation in new manufacturing and storage premises. The coil cutting-to-length and splitting line from the company Bollina starts operation and becomes the new heart of the company.
The construction of new manufacturing and storage premises with an area of more than 10,000 m² takes place throughout the year. We are establishing our second branch in Žilina.
At the end of the year, a decision will be made on the construction of new manufacturing and storage premises of the company in Čachtice. We are also expanding with our new branch to Košice.
A complete modernization and automation of the manufacturing process is taking place. The production is being carried out using more than 260 machines. We are again expanding our branch network, this time by one in Banska Bystrica.
The year 2002 brings many changes in the automation of manufacturing, production of tools, construction on the premises and expansion of operations by establishing new branches in Slovakia and one in the Croatian city of Varaždin. The number of employees increased to 119.
The company's headquarters in Čachtice is getting a more modern look. We are establishing a new branch in Nitra, the second in a row in Slovakia.
The original manufacturing hall in Čachtice is being rebuilt. The division of the manufacturing hall and the production itself has made it possible to increase manufacturing possibilities and capacity.
The production is expanding and we are also expanding the number of machines for the processing of semi-finished products and the production of new products. There are already 113 of them.
We are starting serial production of water traps and coated brackets. We occupy the position number one in the production and sale of tinsmith elements in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We are opening a branch in our capital.
The number of machines in the manufacturing process increases to 26. We participate in the first international exhibitions. The number of employees increases to 28.
Due to greater demand, we are opening new premises and are making an acquisition for the company Sigma. We already have 20 of our own machines in operation. We are opening sales outlets in several corners of Slovakia.
The company was established on July 26, 1993. The first production began in the spring of the same year in a locksmith workshop in Čachtice, the part of Kamenec. The production is carried out using leased equipment.
