• In the paint shop, we use ceramic metal coating technology. Thanks to this, we achieve high values of powder plastic adhesion and corrosion resistance.

  Due to the requirements of high corrosion resistance in the field of steel and galvanized materials, the paint shop has been applying the most advance nanotechnology based on zirconium, silicon and polymers in operation instead of zinc phosphate since 2011. These innovative metal surface treatments with high corrosion resistance have ranked it among the leading European companies providing corrosion protection for products of the automotive, electrical and consumer goods industries of high utility value. We have become even more independent and now we can transfer our enthusiasm into innovation and continuous improvement of our products. We paint-spray more than 13 million pieces of KJG products a year.

  Another technology that meets the highest requirements for corrosion resistance of materials is zinc phosphate coating.

  As part of our environmental responsibility, we have replaced chromating technology with nano-based technology based on titanium or zirconium. The advantages are lower energy consumption, minimal burden on the environment and employee health.

• The paint shop has been the holder of the certificate ISO 9001: 2015 since 2004, which has become a global quality criterion.
