The permanent and main objective of CSS is to provide the lay and professional publics with the services of the best implementers - installation companies, producers and sellers associated in the professional association CSS.
The guild actively takes care of the development of roofing crafts in Slovakia, supports roofing crafts to the level they deserve, supports the professional growth of guild members and defends their interests. The guild brings together high-quality tinsmiths, roofers - tilers, carpenters and waterproofers.
The guild's ambition is to enforce the granting of roof licenses to high-quality installation companies associated in the guild and to strive to make the guild an equal partner of the public administration in the calculation of damages caused by unprofessional installation and to be a partner in the compensation of damages during reconstructions.
Technical-expert opinion of the Roofer's Guild of Slovakia
It is extremely important to the Roofer’s Guild of Slovakia that roofs, whether new or their reconstructions, are implemented correctly. We are constantly witnessing such realizations that bring disappointment and disgust and huge financial losses to their owners. The Roofer’s Guild of Slovakia is also here to help you. If you have a problem associated with the construction of the roof, its reconstruction, or defects in it, do not hesitate to contact us through our contacts and we will try to advise you as soon as possible. We will be very happy if you contact us with your problems in time, that is, at a time when you are just thinking about building or renovating your roof. The Roofer’s Guild of Slovakia also provides a Technical and Professional Opinion of the CSS for assessing the correctness of the work performance. VS-09 serves this purpose.
The guild members are obliged to perform work of good quality in accordance with applicable regulations and recommended standards. This applies to all own and subcontracted works. In any his/her activity, a member of the guild is obliged to pay attention to the good name of the guild and not to damage it with work of poor quality.
