Bending centre
A wide range of bending machines is available to all our customers, as well as automatic bending machines from the German renowned company Variobend, which are operated by trained staff, or manual/electric bending machines of the brand Bří Švarcové, which you can find in all KJG facilities.
Our staff will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the use of these equipment. We also offer custom bending service. Just send us the desired profile and your choice of material from which we should produce. We will make the profile according to your requirements for length, carefully pack and deliver.

The main functions and features of the benders of Bří Švarcové
Universal bending and cutting
- The bender is designed for bending sheets up to a thickness of 1.00 mm with the possibility of bending up to 150°. By bending the sheet at 150° and by pressing between the jaws it is possible to bend up to 180°.
- The machine is equipped with rotary shears that allow longitudinal cutting of sheet metal along the entire working length to a sheet thickness of 1 mm.
Various working lengths
- The bending machines are available up to the length of 6 m (depends on the KJG sales outlet).
Easy to control and setup
- The machine can be used in a self-help manner after training by our staff, it is also easy to use them by less experienced customers.
- The width of the sheared sheet strip is adjusted using folding stops, and the size of the bending angle is adjusted using an angle gauge.
Robust and purposeful structure
- The bending machine is designed with an emphasis on simplicity and purposefullness, which made it possible to achieve the necessary parameters for high-quality production at a low price.
- The jaws are mass balanced and manually driven with little force, while the bending bar is driven by an electric motor.
