The main principle of the company's own tool shop is the company's independence in solving technical tasks
Since its foundation, the tool shop has been engaged in the construction, development and production of pressing tools, cutting tools and specialized jigs necessary for production. In 2016 and 2017, it underwent significant modernization based on the purchase of new CNC machine tools in the field of milling, turning, electrical discharge machining and grinding.
In the tool shop, 10 professional experts trained for individual positions are engaged in all modern technologies.
Machine tools work in the FANUC control system.
The area of the tool shop is 1 100 m²
Regular service
More than 600 tools of the production process are regularly serviced in the tool shop.
Individual serviced tools differ according to the use and type of product for the production of which they are used. Just for the record, the lightest weighs 5 kilograms, while the heaviest weighs over 900 kilograms.
