In the paint shop, we use ceramic metal coating technology. Thanks to this, we achieve high values of powder plastic adhesion and corrosion resistance.
For the requirements of high anti-corrosion resistance in the field of steel and galvanized materials, since 2011 the paint shop has been applying the most modern nanotechnologies based on zirconium, silicon and polymers in operation instead of zinc phosphate. These innovative treatments of metal surfaces with high corrosion resistance have ranked KJG among the top European companies providing anti-corrosion protection for products of the automotive industry, electrical industry and consumer goods of high utility value. We have become even more independent and now we can transfer our enthusiasm to innovation and continuous improvement of our products. We spray over 13 million pieces of KJG products annually.

Another technology that meets the highest corrosion resistance requirements of materials is zinc phosphating.
As part of our responsibility for the environment, we have replaced chromating technology with nanolayer technology based on titanium or zirconium. The advantage is less energy demand, minimal burden on the environment and health of employees.
Since 2004, the paint shop has been the holder of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, which has become a global quality criterion.
