30 YEARS of KJG
On July 26, 2023, the company KJG a.s. celebrates 30 years since its foundation. We have been here with you for 30 years, we are trying to improve and progress, bring innovations and move large and small construction projects forward. Thank you for your support, it would not be possible without you.

By introducing the line into production, the effectiveness of component production, automation and optimization of production opens up for us in the future. The pressing line is currently the most modern of its kind available on the market. High performance, speed and precision meets the requirements for our production process as much as possible.

THE NEW HEART OF KJG IN METALLURGICAL MATERIAL CUTTING
After eleven years of constant use of the cutting machines from the company Bollina, we decided to replace the „heart“ of KJG a.s. The cutting line marked COMBINED LINE 1,500 x 0,5 – 1,5 mm arrived to us two years after ordering. The line has a wide range of options, longitudinal cutting, transverse cutting, foiling and also fully automatic production of boards.

WE WANT TO KEEP GROWING
We are preparing for the construction of new production premises, the construction of infrastructure, a freight gatehouse and parking places. This year, a cutting machine from the company Bollina for longitudinal and transverse cutting coils was added to production. We already employ more than 400 people!
2019
TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS
The portfolio of our technologies is expanding widely. New production equipment, such as presses, spot welders, tools, conveyors are being added. We modernize production-technological equipment and increase the efficiency of production and material flow in production. We are also introducing new product packaging technology.
2018
SILVER ANNIVERSARY
We celebrate a beautiful jubilee! The company KJG a.s. has been on the market for 25 years. However, we are not resting on our laurels and reconstruct the administrative building in Čachtice.

We are growing with another production space, this time with a new powder paint shop.

We modernize not only technologies, but also our own visual identity – we present a new logo based on the architecture of buildings. At the same time, we are opening a new shopping centre in Bratislava.

The transformation into a joint-stock company became further shifting in the company.
2010
LINED UP PROGRESS
A light roofing production line with marking UNI and trapezoidal profile TR is added to our family of machines.
2008
HEART IN A NEW PLACE
We start operations in new production and warehouse premises. The line for longitudinal and transverse cutting of coils from the company Bollina comes running, thus becoming the new heart of the company.
2006
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The construction of new production and warehouse premises with an area of over 10,000 m² is underway all year round.
2005
IMPORTANT DECISION
At the end of the year, decisions are made on the construction of new production and warehouse premises of the company in Čachtice. We are also expanding with a new branch to Košice.
2003
COMPLETE AUTOMATION
Complete modernization and automation of the production process is being carried out. The production already takes place using more than 260 machines. We are once again expanding our network of branches, this time by one in Banská Bystrica.
2002
DOBRO DOŠLI
The year 2002 brings many changes in the automation of production, tool production, construction in the premises and expansion of scope by establishing new branches in Slovakia and one in the Croatian city of Varaždin. The number of employees was increased to 119.
2001
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IN ČACHTICE
The company headquarters in Čachtice is getting a more modern face. We are establishing a new branch in Nitra, the second in order in Slovakia.
1999
EFFECTIVE USE OF PREMISES
The original production hall in Čachtice is being rebuilt. The division of the production hall and the production itself enabled an increase in production possibilities and capacities.
1998
MACHINE REINFORCEMENTS
The production is expanding and we are also expanding the number of machines for processing semi-finished products and producing new products. There are already 113 of them altogether.
1997
NUMBER ONE
We are starting serial production of water catchers and coated brackets. We occupy the position number one in the production and sale of tinsmith elements in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We are opening a branch in our capital.
1996
WE ARE GETTING INTO THE WORLD
The number of machines in production increases to 26. We will participate in the first international exhibitions. The number of employees increases to 28.
1995
WE ARE GROWING
For greater demand, we open new premises and make Sigma company acquisition. We already have 20 our own machines. We open sales outlets in several corners of Slovakia.
1993
THE STORY BEGINS
The company is established on July 26, 1993. The first production started in spring of that same year in a tinsmith tool shop in Čachtice, district of Kamence. Production is carried out in rented facilities.

KJG specializes not only in the gutter system but also in roof coverings, roof accessories and much more. All products have fixed colours and match harmoniously as a whole. However, our priority remains ensuring maximum quality, offering reliable products and solutions for roof and gutter systems.
