Cutting of coils
Cutting of coils is a necessary process that meets customer demand. At KJG, we have several cutting machines from the Italian company Bollina. their accuracy and efficiency play a significant role in the processing of 40,000 tons of raw material per year.

The production process would not be complete without cutting machines. We have 3 cutting lines available in the production process, one of them is also COMBINED LINE mm 1,500 x 0.5 – 1.5.
Technical specifications
- Using these machines, materials with thickness from 0.50 to 1.50 mm can be cut.
- The maximum possible width of the coil is 1,550 mm; in the company we use maximally 1,250 mm – 1,330 mm.
Production
- The possibility of longitudinal cutting, which is used in the production process for production purposes for the production of profiles or roof accessories.
- Transverse cutting for business purposes, so that we can provide customers with a custom production service when cutting coils into smaller ones, or gluing protective foil.
- Production of sheet metal plates is possible without scratching the material.
Cutting lines at KJG facilities
The main cutting machines are located in the production premises, but at our facilities we also have smaller sheet metal cutting machines available for longitudinal and transverse sheet metal cutting. This service is available for our customers.
Operating machines after training the staff is very simple, or it is possible to use custom production.
