Material properties
KJG a.s. is a multimetallic company that uses high quality materials for processing. In its portfolio, it has seven basic materials plus painted sheets in more than 40 colour versions. The exclusive suppliers of materials are European companies that meet all the required standards. This guarantees high quality of raw materials and is a prerequisite for high quality standards of KJG a.s.
Aluzinc is a sheet coated with an aluminium-zinc alloy on both sides during hot-dip galvanizing, which is a process similar to zinc dipping. Aluzinc meets the highest requirements for the resistance of sheets against atmospheric corrosion and corrosion in wet environments. Percentage of individual components in the alloy: aluminium 55 %, zinc 43 % and silicium 1.6 %. This composition guarantees high resistance to corrosion due to the synergistic action of zinc cathodic protection and aluminium shielding effect.
The company KJG a.s. uses only Aluzinc with a surface area of 185 g/m².
