On 1st April 2016, a new KJG Business Centre was ceremonially opened; it is located on Rybnična street 49 in Bratislava, district Vajnory. The opening took place based on the open door day and the attendance was above the expectations of the company. After ten years of preparation, the first phase of an ambitious project was carried out. The four-storey building, divided into three red "cubes", provides a background for the administration, training centre, warehouse and a representative store.
The building of the KJG Bratislava Business Centre is a unique architectural project that is also a good example of how to combine different products to meet the demanding needs of architects and investors.
The building of the administration consists of three monumental parts that are clad in red elements of the facade system Qbiss One. The base of the building is made of insulated transparent and opaque facade elements Qbiss Air. These are characterized by their structural appearance and dark grey glass which passes here and there into light grey colour. The minimalism of the architectural project of the building, along with the technical and structural design of the external cladding, ensures an energy-efficient, modern and high-quality facade.
The manufacturing and storage areas are an integral part of the building and have their additional functional requirements. The cladding of the manufacturing equipment building had to not only visually follow the administrative section but also meet the requirements for increased fire resistance, sound insulation, watertightness and other technical parameters.
THREE CUBES
In creating the architecture, the authors proceeded from the company´s logo which consists of a red square and three initial letters of the names of the company founders. They created an expressive mass design of the administration building and expressed the symbol of three letters in the form of three red cubes that draw attention from the access road.

„Our team of architects worked in this job order closely with the owner of KJG company,“ explains the architect Peter Bouda and continues: „He has high demands not only on the inventiveness of the design and the artwork of the whole and the details, but also personally supervised with us the quality of the work realization. In combination with the established contractors of individual parts of the construction, out of which the company TRIMO with its progressive Qbiss Air and Qbiss One systems was the most dominant and decisive for the final art and architectural expression of the exterior, an architectural work was created that has a very positive reputation in the civil society, non-expert public and professionals as well, which makes the whole implementation team very happy. We, architects, believe that in the future we will have again the opportunity to apply the technically progressive and attractive TRIMO systems in the context of our future projects.“
